Eight and a half weeks on from full muscle repair, hernia repair and Abdominoplasty surgery at The Avoca Clinic, Roberta from Mums & Tots magazine has updated us on how she’s been getting on.

She tells us that she’s been feeling much more like herself since around six weeks after surgery and that her surgeon is very happy with how she is healing and told her that she didn’t need to wear the binder anymore.
