Introducing Siobhan OH Fitness
Siobhan is a personal trainer and online coach who once upon a time, struggled with her weight. She’s since turned her life around and not only transformed her own body to one that she is happy with, but is now helping others to do the same. This July, Siobhan will undergo a breast augmentation at the Avoca Clinic and she will be documenting her experience every step of the way. Check out her first video blog below.
Hi, I’m Siobhan, I don’t normally have this much make up on but I’m going to a gig tonight. I just wanted to do a quick introductory video and explain to you why I’m going to the Avoca Clinic for breast augmentation on Wednesday.
Why I want a Breast Augmentation
This is something I’ve wanted for a long time. I went down to the Avoca Clinic in 2014 and I went in to have a consultation done. I wasn’t at a great place. I always kinda said it was something I wanted but I was just kinda of miserable then and it was like ‘maybe this will help.’
Long story short I ended up spending the money I was going to spend on doing a personal training course and since then I’ve completely changed my life – I’ve changed my career, my body, everything and I’m delighted. I actually am so comfortable in my own skin now, in my own body and it’s great. So I just thought now the timing is right.
Am I nervous?
I’m not actually nervous at all. This is something…you know, it’s strange. Everyone’s like ‘Are you worried’ and I’m like ‘Not at all’. I met with the surgeons, they were so helpful, we made the right decision. They bring you into the Breast Suite where they show you… they do like a generated image of what it’s going to look like so yeah, I was just… ‘decision made’.
No more stigma
So this really is a personal choice but obviously I can’t really hide the fact that I’m doing it. Not that it is anything to hide, I think the stigma is gone from breast augmentation but I just said I’d document the journey in conjunction with the Avoca Clinic so you can follow it all on their pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and I’ll be doing a lot of talking about it on Snapchat. It is as I said, a personal choice. I’m not really looking for approval and I really hope you can support me on this.
Keep watching for updates!
Yeah I’m not nervous at all – I’m more nervous about posting this video but I’m gonna vlog along the way as I always would and hopefully if you’re thinking about it, it will help you in some way as well. So follow my Snapchat, follow my Instagram… all that if you want to keep up to date and I suppose I’m going to have to take a couple of weeks off training. But we’ll see. I’ll keep you updated on the training side and the work side but yeah, so excited!
