We were delighted to catch up with Jessica again recently, 5 months after her breast augmentation surgery. She’s back to training normally at the gym, her scars are disappearing all the time and she’s loving how her clothes now sit on her body.

Watch her update below, or catch up on her journey from the beginning here.

Hi, everyone. I am now five months post-surgery and I’m completely… I’m just delighted with the result. And the healing process, as I said before, was really quick, and what I was quite surprised with was how quickly I actually got back into training my chest heavy. And within the last time, I did a video, I had started training my upper body again, and that went really well. But to actually get back in and train my chest properly like I had been before, I thought would have taken a little bit longer, but I think I’ve been pretty much training chest heavy since February, and everything is completely, completely back to normal.

Swelling & Healing

It took a little while for the swelling to go down. They were quite swollen, so they did look a lot bigger than I thought they were going to be, but once the swelling went down, you can really see the shape of the implant because, again, I got the ultra-high profile that you can kind of see here, the extra roundness in them which is what I wanted. So, literally, when I take my bra off, they don’t really move. They’re kind of a bra with constant cleavage all the time, which is exactly what I wanted, so I’m delighted with that.

The healing process of the actual scars, they’re nearly gone. I mean, they’re still, they’re a little bit red, and I’ve spoken to other girls and I think after another few months they pretty much disappear. But, even then, they’ve healed really quickly. They’re tiny. There have been no problems whatsoever.

Actually doing it, actually going through with it, has changed my life. I’m so happy I did it. The only thing I can say is that I just wish that I did it sooner than I did.

Learning to dress a new body

There were a few things that I was told before about clothes and stuff, like people had said, “Oh, you know, you’re going to have to dress differently. If you wear, like, baggy tops, you know, it can make you look a bit heavier, so you have to make sure you have tight things.” And all this madness that people say, not the case at all. I haven’t had to buy anything new. All my clothes are the exact same as they were. I just think that, before, my clothes didn’t really fit me properly because I had no chest. So everything was longer than it should be like tops came down longer. So I just fit everything better. So, I’m really, really, really happy with the result.

Breast Augmentation Aftercare

Kind of looking back on the whole process, now it’s all over, it was just a lovely experience. I’ve said it before, the actual surgery on the day, the whole process, the care that the Avoca gave me, was outstanding. The aftercare, I’m still kind of in touch with them now. They’re just amazing. They’re amazing. I was really well looked after. The final result, I could not have asked for better.
